After struggling with stress and anxiety for years, Mandeep finally discovered a process in 2019. He created My Happy List to teach the process he learned along the way.
Since launching My Happy List, Mandeep made a name for himself by publishing insanely practical strategies and conducting workshops that individuals and corporates can use to grow their acceptance muscle, remain more present and reduce stress and anxiety.
